Well of course right now the big answer every person would say is the interest rates not being where they were two or three years ago. But beyond that, in Sarasota's real estate landscape, several challenges persist. Foremost is the issue of housing affordability, exacerbated by escalating property values that may impede first-time homebuyers and middle-income families from entering the market or upgrading to larger homes.
This affordability strain is compounded by inventory shortages, a common concern here. Limited housing supply relative to robust demand fosters intense competition among buyers, often resulting in bidding wars and inflated prices. Lastly, the market experiences seasonal fluctuations, with winter months attracting snowbirds and seasonal residents, while off-season periods witness reduced sales activity and increased inventory levels.

As a realtor this year, my goals are centered around achieving service excellence, expanding my client base, and adapting to market trends. The Bath and Racquet Residences and Club. This will be an elite amenities condominium with 13 Tennis courts, 13 Pickleball courts, pools, a fitness center, restaurant and bar, dog park, and walking trails all still available for a preconstruction price ranging from $710,000-$1,300,000.
